Founding Partners
Olusola. M. Babalola, B. Sc, MBA, CFA, FCA, FCTI
(Managing Partner/Chief Executive Officer)
Babalola graduated with B. Sc. Degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper Division) from the University of Lagos in 1992. He also obtained his MBA, specializing in Banking & Finance from University of Ilorin in 2006. A CFA charter holder and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, he is a member of both the CFA Society of the UK and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
He attended the Senior Management Program (SMP22) of the Lagos Business School in addition to attending several courses both locally and abroad. He has also led teams on special assignments in cost reduction and income optimization in the course of his career.
Sola is an experienced accountant and investment management expert and has been involved in a number of business valuation and financial advisory projects having worked with three major universal banks and an investment banking firm in Nigeria for more than 16 years.
Ayodeji. B. Monehin, B.Sc, MBA, ACA
(Clients Service Partner)
Monehin graduated with a B. Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1992. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and equally holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University with specialization in International Business Management. An Associate Consultant with EPI International (UK) Limited; one of UK's Enterprise Performance Consulting Company, he has over 16 years working experience in various financial institutions in Nigeria with special focus on Cost Optimisation and Management.
He has received several commendations in the area of business profitability, service excellence, cost optimization and management during his career. He is the partner in charge of Clients Service of the firm and has led several cost reduction programmes that have seen our clients achieve significant savings.
