Next Steps
It feels about right to outline next steps for this “accidental” study.
✅ Continue fielding, i.e. I’ll keep talking to fellow researchers.
✅ Update research insights. As tends to happen, some things will remain remarkably the same…and new themes will emerge.

Short Addendum
It has been truly wonderful to meet so many amazing researchers and designers. You all rock, and are part of an incredibly vibrant community. I am so very excited to continue to talk research - challenges, inspiration, questions, problems - with all of you!
