Workload Orchestration Research & Usability Study Findings: Synthesized report of several studies specifically focused on workload deployments and management in edge environments.

Arc Jumpstart Usability Testing: Tested website redesign treatments to use as an input into the final design. This study also gathered user data and motivations, used in long-term strategic planning discussions.

Workflow & Concept Testing: Developed a high-level workflow for a new developer tool, followed by usability testing of a set of high-fidelity screens. Rather than starting the conversation with “tell me how you do this”, asking the participant to provide feedback to the high-level workflow enabled us to capture that same set of data via a set of questions that asked one to compare workflows to current processes. This approach also placed the participant in the right mental model when reviewing UX screens in the second half of the discussion.
